Eco Efficient Homes offers a very flexible approach to acquiring your new home. Of course you can wait until the houses are finished before you decide to purchase – with this option there is limited opportunity to select your own fittings/decor – although houses are always finished to a high standard with quality equipment. Beyond that we typically have two other purchase options; ‘Custom Design & Build’ where you purchase the land and have a big hand in the design and build process and an in-between option where you advance-buy, ‘Purchase from Plan’ the property and this allows you to select your preferred fittings & décor.
Always wanted to build your own home but can’t find the right plot at the right price and not sure where to start on the build... this could be the perfect option. We give you the opportunity to work alongside the developer to build your dream home.
